Web Design

Work – Web Design Having worked on various multimedia projects since 1996, it was not until 2004 that I first attempted to navigate my way into web design, when I was asked to become webmaster for the Museum and Galleries site of Aberystwyth University. The extensive and varied art collections are managed by staff at the School of Art in Aberystwyth, who also hold a series of changing exhibitions throughout the year. Subsequently I took over the School of Art's site, and the two sites were made live in April 2005: http://www.aber.ac.uk/museum Both of these sites were initially designed by the University's design department, but since 2005 I have designed new sites as well. Following the inception of the Imaging the Bible in Wales project, I designed and now maintain the website for the Centre for the Bible and the Visual Imagination, which was launched early in 2006: http://www.imagingthebible.org Subsequently I developed further sites for two artists and a large group exhibition: SPGW – International Contemporary Lithography Exhibition All of these projects are of course collaborations, often utilising my own design and photography as required. |
